Zound

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. one small issue was found today... if i have

Zounds=(Soundname="ackackackack",Triggername="ack",SoundFilename="madsoundsVI",Hidden=False,AdminOnly=False)

when one does a 'mutate zounds' command...they see 'ackackackack'...Would be better to show the triggernames, not wav names in the mutate zounds display.

Thanks, thats has now been corrected.
Also I found that the ZoundConvert.exe was not looking for Random sounds with the @ sign and that will be fixed also.

all of my issues seem resolved. Thanks :cheers:

one small thing... in the ini shipped it has 'mysound' listed with hello...this is the only fixed sound that has an entry for soundfilename. won't hurt anything..just looks out of place.

The new release will now be Zound50 which should happen today or so.
I have upped the version to 50 because:
a) Its a whole new ball game now in the way it works.
b) Its just a lot easier for the ZoundConvert to know that it needs to convert a Zound4x rather than checking each entry etc.

Guys I'm sorry, we are having grief at work at the moment.
We had a huge lightning storm here Friday night and it wiped out a multi million dollar station and I have been running around like a blue ass fly since and my cell has not stopped ringing.
Soon after I made the post I was called out and only got back at midnight :(
Frogger or anyone else, please change whatever you want and mail it back to me.
The documentation is the part I hate most as once you have finished coding you just dont feel like doing all the docs as well.
This is where I miss Yakomo as he did it all :)
