Alita: Battle Angel (3D)-7/10

I would have given this flick a higher score except for the pacing of the script in a few places which seemed to rush the characters' motivations.

Visually amazing and with stunning action sequences. Better than Ghost in the Shell (the movie not the anime version).

Think Astroboy (the original anime tv shows; I've never caught the more recent reboots) meets Rollerball............... and that's just for starters.

A Director's Cut Blu-ray and a sequel would be good.

^The manga is awesome and to my knowledge still running, I'm going to see it in the movies in two weeks.

Captain Marvel (3D)-10/10

Possibly not the most visually complex Marvel film but the 3D was excellent. Great music too....

A strong cast and great story. If you are a Marvel fan:

.... this film should not be missed. It's loaded with tons of lore, backstory and explanation. It really needs to be seen before Avengers: Endgame in many ways.

Great entertainment with some high drama, a few laughs and everything that makes the essence of a comic book superhero.

RIP Stan Lee and thanks for everything...

Bohemian Rhapsody - 8/10

Love me some Queen! However, having grown up watching the greatest hits 2 VHS over and over and learning what I have about the band I found myself annoyed when the timeline of things didn't match up with what really happened.

Avengers: Endgame - 10/10

Everything great and nothing bad about the movie!
I totally agree!

Avengers: Endgame (3D)-10/10

For any Marvel and Avengers fan this was the movie that had to happen.

Not a real spoiler but we all knew this was going to be the last Avengers movie so, happy endings or sad endings, the film left me with some sadness,,,,,

Complex and engrossing. I didn't notice the 3 hours at all. Brilliant.

Avengers: Endgame - 9/10

Very, very nice end to the arc didn't feel 3 hours long whilst watching it.

I felt the scene in the final battle with all the female superheroes was a bit forced when it could have been put together much better.

First Man-10/10

I saw it when it first came out. I've read an biography on Armstrong (or two). I think it's very faithful to the great man's life and stands up really well to a second viewing.

I'm not a Ryan Gosling fan but I think he does a very good job in the role of Armstrong....

The Wrecking Crew-10/10

The Wrecking Crew is a 2008 American documentary film directed by Denny Tedesco, son of guitarist Tommy Tedesco.[2] It covers the story of the Los Angeles–based group of session musicians known as the Wrecking Crew, famed for having played on numerous hit recordings throughout the 1960s and early 1970s.

This was one revealing and inspiring documentary. An amazing time and piece of history..............
