Edit> Fixed he works ingame now, didnt know i had to make a pulished folder and all that didnt mention in the tut and i somehow messed the troubleshooting part but now he works. I have to fix his texture though they are weird. I guess my other questions arnt that much of a problem.

If your wondering why everything looks so ugly its because its all just a test, i slapped everything together with no fine tuning just wanted to test how the full process work.

A quick object I made, nothing too special yet and Ill probably add a lot more onto it. Maybe give it custom textures and such when I learn myself some photoshop.

Screenshot tags Selentic. :)

That environment your working on looks familiar in a way.
Guess it looks TF2-esque with how clean it is poly wise, plus the colours :)

I finished the challenger too, (noticed I have a work in progress a few posts back)
Looks like this:
Render 1
Render 2
Wireframe

Keeping the polys clean is what you learn to do after mapping for a badly optimized 7 year old engine named blam! :(

Also might be for crysis or halo, maybe both idk.

Very nice car too.

Quickly put together transformer, based on starscream, although not massively accurate. Will be finished off and textured under Sony PSP limitations on polygons and textures.

This is a robot I have been working on for a while. Its based of a steel battalion mech. I still have to tweak some of the smoothing. Texturing it will be fun. Its not a game mesh as its ~330,000 polys unsmoothed and 3mil with 1 smooth applied.

Very sweet mech. A Few times I have set out to make something big, but I always get bored after just making a small part of it. Kudos for completing it all, should look great when textured :)

Where have you used most of the polys, its mostly quite angular so I'm guessing the curved faces have a lot of iterations?

Here is a shot of the back. To answer your question head; most of the polys are in the round edges and all the beveled corners of the squared off edges.

Here is a shot of the back. Some pieces were improperly smoothed in the last imaged. I have fixed them all in this one.

Cool mechs. I see some insetted square areas which are not wonderfully appealing but not all that terribly ugly either, would look cooler if they were a more interesting shape, but whatever.

It's nice :p

Just sad that your wheels do probably cost more than the half of your total tri-count. (well, not if you 'll use this model for normals later, but it doesn't look like)

Keep up the good work ;)
