I dont know what to say. I mean, I actually considered these individuals on the same level as cheese, or me. Now its like... Holy **** they were making me feel less of a player then I am. I dont know to be happy or sad or both about that.

I always defended them too because I thought they were just playing as good as I was...

What REALLY pisses me off, I mean im ****ING MAD. Is that I was repeatedly kicked and blamed it on UTDC, and now I know it was ****ING DUKE who is supposed to be a "Friend" who is kicking me! WTF!?

Ugh... Well hopefully when I decide to get a real hard drive I will play some INF again... Argggh. Thanks N1, you guys did awsome investigation work. I cant believe hacked weapon pack... man...

ALL coders should be neutral.
Kill the execs and associated code. Anything more creative (this doesn't look exactly the work of ninjas ) would probably be really hard to spot in the first place.

I totally agree with yout there, Yurch. Seems that this is not always the case. I will go through the IMT code during the weekend and a new version of the weapon pack should be ready soon.

Well we didn't notice until now... we just didn't look at it. He was really the only active coder for weapons as far as I know. Special circumstances pointed to the code. Call it luck maybe. But the way it look, I'm sure someone would have figured it out someday.

I guess that that's the good part of having had them on my DTASAL team... it gave a good occasion to catch them. The probably the only little comfort I can find out of all this now...

Man I knew Duke had the ability to kick when i was mysteriously kicked without explanation, then i reconnected and he wouldn't respond to my accusations.

At first I thought, thats it, I've lost trust in INF, i'll never be able to play again without fearing cheating. But I didnt realise you can check and see what fancy commands people are sending in their consoles, thats awesome!

Yes that's true. So we have to thank clan N1, that they took that occasion to find it out.

I still can't belive the unscrupulousness of Duke and Taque. They both are in a clan representing the following rules:

* We do not like to be insulted, so we do not insult ourselves in game.
* We do not like to be killed by our own team members anymore than anyone else, but understand that it can happen sometimes. Therefore we appologize when we accidentally kill a member of our own team.
* We try to promote teamplay. Not only because it is fun, but also because we believe in reality gaming.
* And of course we do not cheat.


That's what their homepage says. Duke and Taque dishonor their clan and slaped the whole community. For me infiltration was always a game of sportmanship, where people just have fun and like to match with others in a fair way. Although I don't regret any games I played, cheaters like Taque and especially Duke destoyed this atmosphere a bit.

One good thing should be noted here...they scum had to hack from within...maybe this means it is harder than some would believe.

And to Duke and Taque. I do feel sorry for the two of you. One's life must be truly sad when one must resort to cheating in a game. I am sorry to see that you have so little in your lives that this is what you must do to feel good about yourselves. You truly have my pity.

Ok the frist season of DTASAL stands in a bad light, But look up. Let uns play a second Season an lets have fun and a really great season.

I hope the DTASAL admin's will start a second Season.

I guess some Platoon's like Fool , Weed ,umc/jäger and n1 will play a second season. So i hope Mdc and nMp maybe other American platoon's will join the second Season.

My proposal:
I looked through the code and saw the three (plus one) functions, which allowed duke to cheat. I can't help but laugh about it.

As I said to Beppo: "If i were you, I would have build in a small function to make game a little more funny for me". Bit this huge crap just sucks...

Well, well. My time to make some comments:

First of all: Great job all of the guys who dug this out. This was a very important, even if negative, event for our community.

To you two guys...great job for pissing off a whole community.

Cheating in a game is one of the lamest things there is, I think. The fact that taque is involved hits me much more than the fact duke is cheating. I defended both of them for a long time, I thought they are just good, although I was wondering about dukes performance here and there. I don't know what to say about this...well, seems I was wrong.

Maybe time to play some INF again after all.
