And as for the psg... I added no cone fire. Were you moving? Lagging?

ex: last night i was crouched on the north building in enemyatthegates and erehwoN was in the south building i took aim, shoot and hit the window to his left i reaimed and we killed each other
it started happening at the beginning of the weekend
its like the weapon is still bobing while the scope is aimed

Did you change the damage on the PSG? If i hit a person squarely in the chest i kill them every time now with just one shot. If i wing them i need a follow up shot.

*edit* I am not complaining or anything, as a matter of fact i love it, just asking

idea:
err, the current version resembels a broken line if I recall correct.
couldent a short term workaround be to just add more 'steps' in that line?

ehm, in most engagements in inf, bullet drop of the rifles will be near nothing. The SMG's, sure. But its not the almighty game changer that some people think it is.
We will be working on it, of course.

If its fesable at all, I'd focus bulletdrop to the Robar and the PSG--the two sniper rifles. Why? Cause only at long distances (i.e. the range they are used at) would bullet drop matter, and at the rate that the PSG and Robar fire, It wouldn't bog down servers as much (unlike 30 some odd rounds being fired at one second...)

But then the other rifles that AREN'T meant to go that far, will. To get an idea of what I mean, the length of EP isn't going to cause much drop for the 5.56 rifles. You need BIG maps for this to be noticeable.

I just found out that a peice of RandomDamage has snuck in to the latest RA.
Seeing how it was an improper version, it makes damage values slightly higher on average.
This is why the PSG has been killing in one hit.
I guess a more appopriate version has to be made...

Roger that. Good point. The main point was that somehow the rifleman or sniper will find a way to steady his weapon, even if it's just tucking his off-elbow into his chest, which works well if you can't have or don't need bench-rest accuracy.

But that is not an issue anymore. I don't know what happened, but now I can steady the breathing bob while standing. I was certain I wasn't able to, before. Did you just fix that Yurch, or was I hallucinating, LOL !?
