was playing on AFA #2 earlier, and there was a bit of nade spamming going on. but that's besides the point. The point is, for the first time (while online) I tried to use the M203, then realized that (a) when you switch to the M203, it doesn't say "M203" on the hud, it says "Burst" and "Semi", and (b) I had 7 nades. 7?? That's way too many for my liking. I was taken to shooting off a couple of 'nades by the spawn point (off into the distance of course) until my bulk came down to a more reasonable level. I only did this because the toss ammo key was useless as well.

Whats up with the "Burst" and "Semi" thing? And the toss ammo key?

I love organizing a good nade spam on AFA. Some maps the only way to go is a creeping advance under cover of 40mm's, supression fire, and a couple of precision shooters (snipers). Especially Bunkers and Trenches, 6 guys times 7 nades a peice = win :)

The HUD thingy is an inherant problem with RA. The Toss ammo key is an inherant problem with INF. And, like IRL, if you have been assigned the M203, you will be carrying a lot of 40mm's, so this is now modeled; if you want to use a M203, then it's now set up that you must accept the consequences.

yea, I count the whole "raining explosive death on the heads of my enemies" thing as a big perk ;)
plus, theres an m-16 attached to my grenade launcher :D

so far I think the grenades have balanced out.
more of them, but less abuse (from what Ive seen)

[edit: my T key has been replaced by my T key, sorry for any confusion Tuys :p ]

If you don't want nades, don't bring the launcher. You don't think a soldier would go miles with the equiment to launch nades... and only bring three, do you?
Anyway, dropping ammo online doesn't work in 2.86.

Well, its not like the experience with the ar-15 opened my eyes or anything, but it sure helped me to figure the accuracy of the m16(for reference, you can see the little knobby thing thats in front of the stock stick out on the right).
In most cases, the guns that I moved closer had 2x the view restriction for every 1x better the sights were. I found it wasn't a resonable tradeoff for the weapons.

edit: the ballistics, had a possiblity of being 'warped' by lag, and the bullet delay did not work.
