Yurch, the ACOG bob is very marked now while standing. I don't mind that I have to crouch to bring it under enough control to make the weapon useful, except that there are circumstances were you can't crouch and fire. The sniper window on Dockside, for instance -- if you crouch at the windowsill, you can't see anything on the ground. If you stand, you can't hit anything because the breathing control won't quiet the bob. So the acog'd M16 is not very useful there. Not very realistic, as you would be able to rest your elbow on the windowsill and have a nice, quiet scope IRL. I wonder if the bob is a bit overdone now in the standing position. In the standing fire position, you would properly have your left elbow (assuming a right-handed shooter) nicely tucked into your chest, supporting the rifle in a stable manner, so when your pause your breathing you can be very accurate. So, in RA2, a breathing pause should still the scope view even in a standing position. Just IMHO.
