That seems much more sound today because this emotional garbage is considered fine art in an otherwise numb world. The point is, if you missed it, proving a hypotetis of a way to live ones life start with confrontation. The first though is probably not expressed in it's fullest clarity but it's a good start, a lot better than being a silent bystander to everything in your life.
