Interesting. So how do you feel about the game now that you've actually played it?
I think it's good, I had nice moments, even with the V.A.T.S. Especially for a last-kill-shot on a opponent. Otherwise you'll want to manually aim.
Unfortunately I get too much Bioshock in this game, searching and searching all over again for very few ammo is rather annoying. But then they got the concept right, you really got to do with what you have, and sometimes it's a pain in the ass even on normal.
Not that I'm out of caps, but the vendors empty out really quick in ammo, which makes this a pain in the ass even more, and weapon repair is really expensive.
Yesterday night I completely lost interest in a "search the family" quest. Most of the quest just ends up being chain quest and it's really annoying. I really like the dup-mart research quest for example, quest like these makes me want to keep on going, "listen-to-tape", "find-the-location-yourself" quests are sooooo old and boring.
I really try to like this game to keep on playing it regularly but it's hard for all of above.
EDIT: Also I don't understand something, my medicine is at 40 or so, I have a food purifier, and all that. But whenever I eat or consume something my health
BARELY goes up a bit. That's just like Bioshock with the useless potatoes ship sacs, but then when you find Stimpacks or water drains you're in heaven. Screw the RAD+, tap water heals so fast and radiation is so easy to cure of you got rad away's. There's also a perk which reduce 50% of radiation taken from drinking tap/toilet(WTF!) water.
And the game keep on crashing randomly in many houses, I have to play this game windowed to access the task manager.
