Concentration -- simple, just further reduce mouse sensitivity if hold_alt_fire. And I agree with you that this bonus does not apply to standing position. I think that's all.

If you want to make it more detailed ( but harder to code ), some other people also suggested if you move mouse too fast when in the "concentrated" mode, you lose the concentration and go back to normal mode.

The best incarnation I have of this is reducing sensitvity over time held. If you get it instantly, it feels kinda cheap, and makes shooting rather easy.

Here's an idea Yurch: the concentration: it gets better the longer you hold it, duh. The best is about a second before you can't concentrate any more...you did add in stamina related concentration, didn't you? The more stamina, the better concentration.

Another suggestion:

When you hit the aim button while toggled in sprint mode, you stop immediately to shoulder your weapon and when you move again you won't be sprinting.

Ah, of course. I have also suggested that before, I just forgot.

Remember I've suggested "the time it takes before you concentrate?"

An example: it takes 3 seconds for standing position to concentrate ( but no sensitivity bonus for standing, just like the holding breathe now ); it takes 2 seconds for crouching position to concentrate; it takes 1 second for prone position to concentrate.

And moreover, concentration can only last for 3 seconds if standing, 10 seconds if crouching and 20 seconds if prone.

yurch, you mentioned you might possibly increase the number of 40mm shells allowed on AFA2. I would have to say, IMHO, 8 would be ideal. The 30 meter arming range really keeps them from being whored, and it takes some degree of skill and tactical thinking to use them well. And the total limit of 8 allows you plenty of defensive and offensive firepower. Imagine EP with 8 40mm shells! No more pesky snipers in the corners!

Just my two cents.

Aim stops yah from runnin. (jogging for scopes)
Holding aim drops your sensitvity over time.
Standing/crouch/prone breath mulitplier.
More nades! (keep in mind they are 2 bulk apiece)

Got some teasers for you guys.
I tried to implement a full-blown ballistic system, starting with the m16. I used 5.56 data from a site one of youze pointed out, and here are the results.
The rifle seems to be zeroed at 50 yards. I was trying to get something else, but you get the point.
Accurate bullet delays are not in yet.
The first picture is of me standing outside the indoor firing range, looking in through the door. The rifle is aimed at what is needed to get a perfect shot...

You mean 20 meters up in the air??

I thought it is just 10 meters away from the shooting spot.

Anyway, I would say don't "use" yurch in this way. These minor details should be done by the team. yurch is here to make Real "Aim", to make aiming process more realistic.

Right, yurch? :p
