Meh, just covering my arse, cus i know what has been said bout the Steyr AUG in the past, how its not going to happen, etc.
I'm just sick of reading about people bitching about how this or that has already been said, and that we should just accept it and shut up.

In my humble opinion, if the steyr aug doesn't suck then the team has done something wrong. I already have a pretty good idea how it will end up like, just like the AKM, since the flaws of the aug are hard to implent. Meh.
By the way I fully support more diversion in weapons, I still want a bolt action rifle. One that isn't like the robar rc50
There are others as well, but I'm mainly getting sick of the amount of pistols. Although at the same time I'd wet my pants for the browning high power.

Why would you want two steyrs? their more or less the same, and with few exceptions, can do / be fitted with the same stuff. However, i can see why you woud want two Glocks, especially if one is full auto.
I really want a Glock 17A ingame too, forgot to mention one earlier, I have one cus i'm a security guard, (although we aren't allowed to use our own weapons, i've been issued with one as well as have bought my own i liked them so much). And they are really good guns, i've looked after mine, but even when i take mine out hunting pigs and stuff (backup gun for finishing game off incase they don't die straight away), no matter how dirty it is, it still hasn't ****ed up, not shot, or lost accuracy.
I'm looking to buy a LAM unit for it, and would be great ingame with the LAM (being the only 9mm with a LAM ingame).

well i found the a3 model a sexy piece of military hardware to play with
it has a lot of rails all over making it very easy to put all sorts of attachments
on it like lamps laser extra night scopes holo sights reflex sights and of course grenade launchers from different manufacturers without having to
rebuilt the weapon for every configuration you would want to use in any
situation given
amd btw i also mentioned the a3 sniper variant wich uses alot of the standard a3 model exept
for the barrel and the scope and the special bipod of course.
as for the glock 17 i would like to mention that our armed forces use it as a side arm iow
standard military side arm for the dutch armed forces.

a 5.56mm sniper rifle wouldn't be very useful in INF, too underpowered.
The Glock 17 in also being issued to RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) as a sidearm instead of the Browning High-Powers. The Aussie police force also use it.
The thompson is a nice .45cal subgun, but far too inaccurate, if its a WW2 subgun you want ingame, try the Owen sub-machinegun, however although its 9mm, its an oddity and look awesome, i got a inoc one, and has a nice feeling about it, makes you feel like nothing can touch you, kinda like a Lithgow L1a1 (similar to the british model, just no way of fitting a night sight).

You can say we have the famas, but the tavor doesn't come with any iron sights - it comes with the MARS sight (very good sight, our regiment just got some, so I can try it and help put it in game). After the sight is made it can also be made available for M4A1s - currently we don't have tavors in our unit but got a nice amount of MARS sights adjusted to be placed on the M4A1 rail. If it actually interests any mod makers here, I can try get some pictures.
