There has never been a true pandemic, borderline maybe, but not a true pandemic of this. Seriously. Most people here will admit they don't know anyone personally who died of this. Isn't that something worth thinking about huh?
On the contrary I know personally people who have seriously gotten sick of the false vaccines. They are false, they are not true vaccines as they were too early.

I didn't get covid until this past February ('21) after spending 3 weeks in the same house as 3 other members of my family that got it--didn't wear a mask, since i was in the same house, what would have been the point? Upside was that after over a year of lockdown (and less frequent doctor's appointments) it ended up that my father in law, who had cancer and a bout with pneumonia a year or two prior, ended up finding out he has cancer again--had there not been lockdowns he'd have probably been diagnosed earlier. The guy is like 70 so when I took him to the doctor, he wore a mask, I wore a mask and it was a 5 minute drive. The day after that I came down with covid, didn't feel too bad, just lost taste and smell and took off 2 whole weeks from work (working from home since March 2020). So, barely had any symptoms and tested negative after 10 days.
I'd be fine with the vaccine if they were tested and if Biden and many others hadn't been so against the vaccines from the beginning.

Yea well I've also been wearing masks whenever I could, however I was always voicing against it. I only did so because the people would insist. But even then during one period I had an argument with bus driver about the type of mask even though at the time this mask was officially allowed but he hasn't been informed. When I showed him I also have the other masks, he still found reasons to not get me on to the bus, which is illegal. Then he proceeded to attack us after my partner took pictures in his phone, he actually slammed my partner to the ground and he lied to the police that the "flaps" at the windshields were broken by us etc. All three of us are being "prosecuted for misdeamanors" now from this situation, in my case because I kicked the bus to prvent him from running my partner over. I didn't cause any damage, but apparently its already considered a misdeamenor to kick a bus like that.
This situation and measures are enabling sociopaths like that to get away with their behavior and lies because acording to him, to justify his violence in front of the police, my partner must have damaged the bus.

You absolute fucking weasel. You’ve never listened to a Democrat before - not on climate change, not on taxation, not on gun control, and you sure as hell didn’t start with vaccines.
It's not a matter of "listening to them". They--along with ALL other media figures that *downplayed* and outright rejected the vaccines--set the precedent for anyone to be able to follow afterwards. It's a shame because if they would simply tell the truth, they wouldn't have to constantly resort to sophistry and half baked explanations of what the "meant" to say.
I find it funny that you chose to focus on one little blurb out of my screed, rather than address the other concerns like the looming side effects that the CDC is promising all of us.
As soon as people realize it's not a political issue and is a health issue, wear masks, get the vaccine, and follow the guidelines in their country or at least apply logical guidelines, then the world can be a safer place for everyone. If people can't get the vaccine for health reasons, then at least follow everything else.

Exactly, but they never read those links, they'll dismiss anything as anti mask propaganda, conspiracy sites, let there be somewhere a little hint that someone somewhere might have said that covid might have been manufactured, etc etc. It doesn't matter that experts warned about these things, nothing matters at all.

Yeah, a fairly simple thing to do. As long as the virus is a threat, I'll keep following the guidelines. I'm fully vaccinated, but I want to think of the people who haven't had the chance yet and are at risk. Being considerate and thinking about the safety of people around you, it's not really a hard thing to do. Onward to herd immunity.
