Got some time to work on my models last week end :

But I have a little notice. Maybe you should let his knees bend a little when he stands up straight. Looks awkward in a perfect 90 degree stance.

Feet & elbows fixed ! Added some cables near the shoulders.

I will work a bit more on the legs then start unwrap mapping.
