Maybe WIP - Egypt Pack for ADSU

Nice start on Raptor, these are her* alt skins in UC2;

Corrosion - Blue
Thorax - Green
Syzngy - Yellow, but his dreds where chrome-like , instead of the dark metal Raptor's are, same with his knees and other non-coloured bits.

Also, as there was no red skin, could you make one called Cobalt?


*yes, Raptor is a chick, but her alt skins are her 'brothers'. Using the Female Robot voice for her would be out of place (too fast), but upping the pitch slightly of the Male Robot would be good.

This evening I had some time left to continue with her.

This time I took care of a part of her boots and also revised the upper part of the leg armor. But I`m not fully satisfied with it at the mom :|
the boots are looking good IMO

I also revised the cloth for a more egyptian look

although I must say that they do look rather bright in comparison to the rest of the armour on the model, maybe they could be darkened to give a worn tarnished look to them...

MaaX for this one, you should set his aggressivenesss at -5.0 and his tactic skills at 1.0.

this is great

I like the look of the boots sofar

Time 4 another update

I tried to make that gems white but it seemed not to work out the way it should, but I`ll definitaly try the colorcircle for TCs with the gem, should work good due I added some more of that stuff

upper leg armor fits now more to the other parts and added new kneepad

For the mom I consider the body`s design finished so far, I`ll now go for the head and return afterwards to finish it with some smoothing.

For the alternate head (Dynaheir) I`m thinking of an Egypt mask

A Egyptian mask would be a bit tricky to do, but I think you can pull it off kinda good. If all fail, you can always put some Egyptian makeup on Dynaheir, give her a nose or eyebrow jewel and/or give her a golden assassin-like mask.

Also, try making the Dynaheir skin slightly different from the Shantara one in term of decor, as it would make it easier to tell one from the other.

I had some problems with her face (the hair just looked messy and wrong colored - /me goes for blond) so I tried to give her a chainmail or other type of helmet, but seems not to fit that good.
I`ll try it again soon

I`m thinking of using the original Asp/Cleopatra model for Dynaheir and her mask, so difference will be seen. Maybe I`ll also make some other changes to the body if I have some quick inspirations then

For the shaders, I`ll see if rex`s tutorial can help me out :tup:

For the moment I managed to find a little bit time to go on with the face.
It`s truly not easy skinning it, due some areas taken for 2 places on the skin etc. I`ll try to contact Thanatos again and hope he has the time for a small update

Unfortunately I was unable to use my friend`s face in a good way, so I used another one for the moment to make further progress possible.
I`ll try her face later on but for the moment I`ll continue with the face.
I also want to have her little bit of the chainmail seen in neck area, but this is currently impossible with the model (it uses the same tex as throat )

I also added some stuff for the crown, some textures should be revised and skintone also a little bit changed (for better fitting with the body).
But here`s a new WIP-pic of her face so far:

You can use the Illilysis skin for the ADSU project if you really want. I grant you my permission but please also ask for Ghost's permission's as well.

Good job on your skinning job so far. I hereby give you a big fat pat on the back and a bottle of beer as well. Good luck on Dynaheir;hope she will turn out really beautifully done.
