Well, "seats" is not technically correct but it captures properly the spirit of the electoral vote. The votes are a compilation equal to the number of senators and representatives in congress.
Bush's lead is about 40 EV right now, and he will pick up most of flyover country (those big empty states in the middle), but California, Washington and Oregon are likely to go for Kerry and there's a lot of votes there.
Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania have a lot of these votes but none of them have enough data yet that the networks can comfortably project a winner. Over half the precincts in Florida have reported and they STILL are not calling it, while in other states, they called them very soon after the polls closed.
