Or hint at gameplay/visual issues of all sorts. They obviously have game testers in their department. Having it for closed helps even more.

Call me skeptical but why are people acting like this game is the last/only "real" PC game? It's coming out for consoles just like UT3, CoD4, et al. Clearly its development will have been strongly affected by what will and won't work on a console. If it's not a port (which it most likely will be regardless of what the developer says) it'll be very full of console-flavored gameplay elements.

I mean, come on. Do you really believe UT3 isn't a console game? Do you really think Infinity Ward gives a crap about how the next CoD will do on the PC? All the money is in the consoles unless you're Valve or Blizzard and have a proven track record at pushing out high-quality PC games that sell millions of copies and have everyone wanking over them.
