Dexi's drop rate is terrible, I still haven't gotten his weapon drop yet and I don't feel like constantly using all my eriduim for nothing.

I actually don't find it breaks the game that much. For one thing, getting a big enough boost to break the game takes a decent amount of time. I almost never get it in under a few minutes. Also, the raid bosses honestly seem designed to be beaten by things that Gearbox has severely nerfed. The Bee seems like it was designed to be used to kill raid bosses but the side effect was that you could stack it with things that would dominate them.

If they are going to have horrible cheapskate bosses like Hyperius, I don't give two craps about exploiting that glitch to get the job done.

I honestly assumed this had been intentional; especially given that the equipment that tends to break bosses are particularly rare drops from bosses.

After a few short games last night I can confirm that the Torgue vending machines now sell lvl 50 legendary weapons. FIXED!

I still don't have a Cobra, but I'll keep trying.

I just finished my new LVL 50 Mechromancer character build. She is a serious electricity zapping machine. Pretty much everyone dies with one shot (if the weapon actually does electrocution damage) 250-550k of damage per hit is just fantastic.

With the exception of a badaboom, I'm using all electrical weapons like: Binary Thunderfist, Sapping Hail, Electrical Sandhawk, Electrical Pitchfork, Electrical Rubi.

It's fun to mix it up and use completely different weapons than I do when I play with the Gunzerker. The only downside to this build is my robot isn't very useful anymore. Its more of a distraction while I lay waste. Poor robot doesn't stay alive for very long.

Yeah, Deathtrap gets pretty useless later on which can maybe helped with a Hide of Terramorphous but I haven't tried that yet. The last thing I did with my Mechromancer was reskilling to a Electro/Discord build. The only useful equipment I had at that time for that build was a Black Hole and I haven't touched her since then.

Now that I played the third DLC ... enemies with a good amount of health who hardly ever expose their critical hit spots to a solo player? Enemies that reflect your bullets back at you? Wasn't Hyperious bad enough that they had to re-introduce that shit? WTF?

Deathtrap really needs two abilities (I think it's called Scratch and the one that copies your shield to him) to be useful in the end game.

I don't use the Ordered Chaos tree as when your Anarchy gets high enough to be worth it, your accuracy is just too low.

I'm using a mix of skills between the other two trees to get shield regeneration, reviving allies and elemental effects. The shield regeneration is really useful, especially versus raid bosses.

I don't think I have enough points to do Anarchy and make it all the way down to Sharing is Caring. Perhaps in the future :)

Here are my current Skill tree settings:
http://www.bl2skills.com/mechromancer.html#055005000000055000050500410050000000

Add a 40% team elemental damage mod with +5 to Wires don't talk, +4 Evil Enchantress, +3 to Shock Storm.
Add a Grounded Bee shield for electrical damage protection and added damage. I Love "Fancy Mathmatics" and "Blood Soaked Shields". With those two skills, that shield is always up and it keeps the damage high.
Add a 30% Shock Damage relic and its an electrical storm with every shot.

This gives me an additional 154% electrical damage. Since Shock damage strikes twice in 2 seconds, The Binary Thunderball Fist gives enemies up to 4x damage if lightning does strike. It's pretty crazy to play. Accuracy doesn't really matter with this build. You can be a poor aim and still lay waste due to the large amount of electrical splash damage most weapons in my build have.

I went after Dexiduous the Invincible for the first time last night with my gunzerker. It took about 30min to get all of the iridium sacrifices, then another 30min to take that spider down.

The trick seems to be related to shooting the bulbous spots on him. After you shoot them all it takes time for more to appear. This makes the entire process extra long. I took him down from the cave near the lodge. If you're in the lodge his corrosive blasts will get you. I had to learn that the hard way.

I was hoping to get a CHOPPER out of this but instead I got a legendary solder class mod. Not bad, but not useful for me. :) It's the only class I haven't played the game with!

I highly recommend checking out the Seraph weapon called the "Lead Storm" I grabbed the electrical version. If you can distance yourself from your enemies and create a well aimed arch, shit dies fast! It works fantastic on 3rd dlc enemies while in groups. Every bullet you fire splits into 3 at a distance. It's pretty sweet and I can't wait to try it on some raid bosses.

The thing the basic idea behind the OC bit I linked is that you're burning Anarchy stacks to survive as well as deal out damage, so
BSS at 5 will restore your shields to full upon a kill, so if you run a super-high capacity shield, you can bypass any slow recharge rate
Discord burns off Anarchy to boost accuracy, RoF and health regen

In other words, it changes Anarchy from a damage booster to kind of a survivability booster. It's also supposed to be meshed with LBT tree, specifically getting up to WiresDon'tTalk and using shock weapons
At the same time, that bit is more for fighting mobs, it won't help as much vs raid bosses

BTW Mike, depending on your skills preference, you can get a bigger skill bonus going with a blue rarity Catalyst mod, but it'll only boost 2 skills instead of 3
I think purples peg out a +5/4/4, where blues peg out a +6/5

One more thing, list of Gaige builds on GBX forums: http://forums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=169149
Has Gaige DPS, DT DPS, Gaige/DT combos, survivability sets, etc

I have a bunch of lead storms and interfacers. They are easily some of the best weapons in the game.
