I don't see anything really striking bad about that screenshot either. It might even be something I would do out of excitement for finishing a map. IMO screenshots are bad if the HUD's still on, players or bots are in view or it doesn't represent the map at all and if the screenie doesn't look clear enough.
If a screenshot is added correctly it's a good one even if the map looks pile a pile of hot steaming extrudations, it only means he made sure you won't download it and that's a good thing IMO.
