Man, you've been here 6 months and you're still clueless about Paris architecture... This church is the one RIGHT IN FRONT of my place, the one you can also see from my living room. As for the metro station, it's really 200m from my place, and it only looks picturesque because of my natural talent for photography (and the black and white effect ).

No humor, that's actually the grounds of the complex I live in up here in NH. Fall is a very beautiful season up here

(To clarify though, that is not the view I have out of my window unfortunately, that's about a 3 min. walk from our building's door)

Too bad, you would certainly have won the contest for the nicest view of the thread otherwise. Still, looks like a beautiful place.

And taque... SHHHH, you're spoiling the mythical magic of paris for everyone else !
