Man! My brain is smoking, can't even concentrate myself on my work here.
Ok, when the movement control is working via the mousewheel, They can be extra functions like some people prefer having the weapon selection on their mousewheel, they still could:
- Hold a special weapon 'selection key' (or use key) and the name of your currently used weapon appears at the screen bottom center.
- Holding that key you can use the mousewheel to toggle between all what you carry.
- Pushing the firekey will select the chosen item.
- Just releasing this 'selection key' and the menu disappears keeping your currently used weapon.
I also think about something toward yurchs leaning feature he posted in the 'A feature' thread:
- You hold the 'leaning key' to lean and change stance via mouse key (as yurch explained).
- Using the mouse wheel when the lean key is held will allow you to make short sidesteps to optimate your position at the corner.
Scrolling mousewheel up let you sidestep toward the lean direction/side. Scrolling mousewheel down do the opposite.
A multifunction thing, nice.
Ok, now I have to work damn it .
