[U2XMPMOD]Stargate

I'd need a team for Unreal 2:Xmp Stargate Modification, I thought that U2:Xmp was better than Ut2003, and Ya can import models from 3dsmax to u2:xmp easier. Texturers and A Guy Who Can Convert the Models To U2:Xmp(i cant figure out how to make the model apperear ingame and stuff) would be most needed. Also atleast 1 mapper.

I'm interested in what you mean by that. Export model as ASE, import model as ASE. Job done - it doesn't get much easier ;)

edit: Incidentally, you'll be needing permission to do this from the copyright holders. And there's already a team working on a Stargate mod for 2K3/2K4 who are fairly well into development in case you weren't aware.

Im well aware of the French ut2003 Stargate Mod, but U2:Xmp got inbuilt vehicle support. Also to get the weapon/vehicle/character to ingame working, ya gotta scale, put right rotation, wich i do not know about.

Ok If i wanna just have The Mod For U2:Xmp, whats wrong with it!?Its just that i liked the game and i found it better to make for this game.

Well, that's up to you and best of luck etc.. But I'd seriously be going with 2K4, when you consider that 2K4 comes with flying vehicles that are pretty much perfect to base a Death Glider on...... ;) U2 has the dropships, fair enough, but they're not pilotable, so you'll have a hell of a job making a convincing flying vehicle from scratch. Just IMO, of course :D

there's nothing wrong with it. but to be honest, U2/XMP has alot less community documentation, which makes coding for it more about learning the code than knowing how to code.
