He is from a thread on www.conceptart.org I forgot to record which one or who made it, though, so it'll be a trick to track it down at this point.
He isn't a playermodel or anything, just a full-body image (which I actually have, just not on this PC) I chose him 'cuase he reminds me of the tan Skaarj players in UT99 and 2k4 that I use often.

IRT Breadtruck... I get the feeling he's related to Grimace somehow... 8/10 for smooth animations.
