Yay snow some more pics .... my didgi cam is **** and blurs alot ..... and idea if there some smart guy thats made a photoshop plug in that might help?

The first and especially second picture suffers from camera shake (use a tripod). The other main problem is high ISO (can you manually set the ISO? If yes, choose the lowest value) and overly aggressive noise reduction. Probably if it's a somewhat cheap digicam you can't adjust either...
Basically, once the information is lost (or never recorded), there's no magic PS stuff you can do to restore it.

Hehe they were the ones with the least shake ..... its not so much cheap but old and semi cheap

A tripod really does help (I'll assume that your camera has a tripod socket). If you don't have the money for a proper tripod there are some nice table-top tripods which are quite good. A while ago I bought the so-called "Leica tripod," a small tabletop tipod, nicely done, for about 15€ on Ebay as my third tripod.

For a small amount of money you can buy an amazing tripod. I've got two myself, but I'm probably going to replace the one. One is metal, with a rotating head and tilt, and the other folds up enough to fit in my camera bag. Not that bad for 10 bucks a shot. I also bought a fifteen dollar "ultrapod" for table top macros.

yea I got a small tripod it's just sometimes its more work getting the thing to stand up and I dont use my camera much anyway.

Yea it snowed again and as I love the snow and the way it hangs on trees so a few pics..... oh and one of the coat-hanger of Caerphilly, the image quality is crap but you can clearly see the hanger.... although now with a bit of detective work you can find my house ..... bugger better be nice to everyone

Hi dm'. Try and see if you can take the stream picture again with a very long exposure (say about 4-8 seconds). That gives a beautiful "bridal veil" type effect on the water.
