This next one.., I walked outside one evening and saw this. Ran inside to get my camera and it was already fading when I took this. It was gone five minutes later. I never title my photographs, though this one seems like it could be the shadow of the beast.

With these two pics, I was testing a new flash diffuser. I didn't adjust white balance or anything really. But cats are awesome.

What do you guys think of the Canon EOS 7D? I was thinking of picking one up as my first DSLR. People seem to complain that it's not "full frame." Is that going to make a huge diff? Surely it's a lot better than a cheapo Digital Rebel?

If you know your stuff, a "cheapo" Digital Rebel (or a Canon 450D if you're not retarded) will give you the exact same outcome, just a difference in pixel count.

Also the 7D is like $2k. Props to you if you have that to blow on a camera.

Well, $1700 for the body. My friend down the block has a bunch of Canon lenses so I may end up stealing one off of him. I really like the inclusion of 1080p 24fps video though...

I don't make that much money but I'm also really good at saving. I really don't spend money on anything aside from a few beers every weekend during happy hour.
