How's the game as a whole coming along? Any map pics to post yet?

I may be able to make a few maps in the summer...when I have no homework and my brothers computer which can run UEd3 better. If not I could always give you my concepts.

To answer your question, vehicles are optimized to allow up to 64 players in the game.
The players drive cars in sight inside.
The used graphic engine is the one of UT2004 for the RedOrchestra game and requires a number of polygons very limited (9000triangles max).
The depiction textures vehicles is made by one or several unfolded and is limited in 2048 for a fast download.

Regrettably, RedOrchestra need a lot of optimisations...

Hey Steve, how are you handling smoothing groups in blender? I've tried using the set smooth and set solid buttons in blender but it never looks right after I import it into the editor.
