Well Gid could be an Ex GI, who got kicked due lack of discipline or to brutal methods whil training new recruits

the rob could be an ex soldier (maybe one slaughtered Thundercrash dude from that Axon Assault mission) which got a robotic body (robocop )

HAHA I got play UT2k4 just now for a while and at first I couldnt kill anyone but after 2 rounds I was owning. My score was 1/13 but after 2 rounds of deathmatch it was 21/7. It was funny i went into invasion and the aliens got ultra easy sence we were all camping on a roof sniping them all so I pulled out a sheild gun and started to push everyone off the roof to die. It was funny cuz then everyone were focusing on each other. So im glad to say when I get the skin It will own. Btw whats the progress on the pack?
