IIRC, Ping did NOT intentionally blow up the mine. Their team spawned on it inside the cave. When their team blew up, everyone thought it was funny. He shouldn't be banned because he spawned on a mine.

Eternity was simply TKing them before he got TKed. While that is something I don't do (since it makes you look just as guilty) I don't really think that is a ban-worthy offense..

There used to be some immature asswipe in the .cat clan awhile ago. He/she came to INF with a bad rep from UT, and only proved their bad rep time and time again.

Other than that, I hold no reservations towards any member of the INF community.

Unless you're talking about either Dillinger or Lusty (which I doubt) there was never anyone in .cat like that. Anyone you may have seen was only posing as one of us. Which is the point of Assessina's post in the first place. We seem to be herassed as a group more than anyone.

Shan and I went through and banned at least 7 people, Including, but not limited to, Pipe Dream, Ping, and Eternity.

We went through counting by tks, rather than who was offending. In some people's defense, and the defense of others, I would like to present some evidence against a member of dotcat...

If you read the filename, comming form his server, Ping believes this to be "Funny." The banning did not stop at offenders only.

Err... I have to speak for Ping, because I was there and know what was going on. Ping is a very vigilant person. There was someone who VERY CLEARLY was using a wallhack at the time (and has done it on several occaisions now) and Ping got fed up with trying to kick the person and would TK him at the beginning of every round to keep the game fair. The "medals of honour" thing is because of the damn land mine (like he said) which as we all know isn't something we TRY to do; it just happens. But back to his vigilance. Yeah, it's not the best method, but if I cared more about being cheated against I would have done it, too. Long story short, I just don't think he deserved being banned. Check every instance of those mass TK's, it's all to suppress that damn wallhacker that keeps rejoining.

By the way, Eternity has admitted to AT ONE POINT being Gunnie. He says he's no longer Gunnie so it doesn't matter. So quit making a fuss about the LGM/Eternity thing. By the way, is there any way to remove someone (*cough* Pipe) from the forums? Back to Assessina's first post, I actually spent an evening talking with her regarding how INF is no longer the place for the realistic team-based gameplay it was meant to be. Anyone who's been to http://dotcat.5u.com knows that .cat is trying to assemble a bunch of INF'ers that want to keep INF realistic and teambased. That's why Assessina is one of us. And yeah, I know, we're not a clan. But we use tags to identify ourselves so if someone needs some support they can say (oh good, a .cat is on my team, I know that person will come assist me and cover my back). We're a serious group, and don't need all the constant bull**** quite a few of you people give us. I'm sick of people whoring our tags and giving us a bad rep by playing poorly and self-based. I'm also sick of people *cough* PR calling us posers. If we wanted to be a clan, we would. But we don't. We want to be a team, that can involve any clan. Hence *DBD*Vixen.cat. Or -=N=-Dillinger.cat. It's not a clan so you don't have to give up previous dedications to be a part of it. Got it? GREAT. I hope I don't see any more crap towards us on the servers.

It was not his first TK, he had gotten me twice before hand, though one was all too just. I was trying to toss my uz1 into his clay to blow it up, so that I hold nothing againts. I think Shan is just to fed up with this bs that he decided to hear nothing more.

WEWT!!! Yea, when I get bored, even I hate myself (hence all the 'nade suicides). Infiltration seems to be going downhill that it looses its interest and people get bored quickly, such that they (often even me) can get edgy and sometimes try to entertain themselves in other ways. Some, like my own, walk around with a rocket launcher pointed at the ground and try to get both yourself and an enemy before you die.

Eternity, at 3 points, admitted to being Little Gunman and Gunnie. Granted, Pipe believed this was the case, but I knew it was not when Eternity something he said entailed LGman and Gunnie being two different people. The logs show that Eternity is not Gunnie unless gunnie had changed his IP in under 2 hours.
