I seriously can't play UTXMP...it drives me crazy! ugh!!!!!!!! i will lose my mind if i play it hours on end. Although it would be nice if we can port some of the maps for u2xmp. New maps to play on!!! OMG!!!!!

People say XMP is made for rangers, though i dissagree, it's balanced. Some maps are for the classes. UTXMP IMO is mega overpowered for the techs and gunners. the movement screws the rangers up because the tech and gunner is so powerfull that anyone can pick the classes up and kill anyone, u2xmp any one class can own any one class, and it's easily alot harder to own in.

Tomorrow is Wednesday again! Bad news is BBF server is taken down, until Killinya comes back on 21st... Good news is Chaptor 1 seems to be fixed. Gab (C1's admin) thinks its the AMP maps. I tried the server and it seems to run fine. So I guess we'll be on Chaptor 1. Plan B is Survivor. Both servers have added my maps too hehehe...

BTW I just played Abraxis today on Survivor, 1 on 1 at Alcazar Skyline Until IHateUTXMP came and helped me out. Had lotsa fun.

Also the in-game server list is working! Based on Dusty's advise, I figured which lines to put in the U2XMP.ini and MyU2XMP.ini files. You get a harmless error message every time you Re-get, but otherwise it works just fine. See the thread:

Let's hope we have a turnout with the same or more players. I'll be recrding alot of fights. Both with me and alot of speccing. I'm fast to know when a fight will happen so no fight delays for me. Anyone else is welcome to recording and sending me some footage via xfire (xfire is drugscocaine). All my footage sofar has been from eq2's....seems chaptor 1 makes me lose alot of fps and eq2's is rare.

And yeah I knew "ho" = "omgwtfbbq", so I only listed ho (aka Killer in this forum, see above post). He was going to record some videos for his tutorials, but not sure if anything from last night was good for that purpose? So you might not see it uploaded. Maybe next week we can have some clips, XMPTV style? Volunteers? heheheh

The reason why XMP is empty now a days, people see no players or a few and don't join because there are nobody, they leave because 2v2 or w/e is boring and XMP is back to 0 players.

Reminder! Let's hope again Chaptor1 still works (it's been having problems sometimes, and Gab doesn't seem to have found the real cause yet). If not, Survivor is the plan B (more maps than EQ).

Today I saw Gecko on the servers and he thought it was today. (it was already wednesday in europe). So he'll be there, again, on the correct day

Whoa, today's game lasted so long, I had to rest before coming back to post the results.

We played from 8pm to 1am EST - dudes that's 5 hours! Unfortunately I didn't take shots on every match, AND I lost the log file, so I don't know exactly how many matches we played, or how many came...

What's more, I could've played a bit longer, if the server didn't disconnect me. But I think I found the problem to be Towels3. I already posted on C1 forums about it. Hope removing Towels will fix the server disconnect problem once and for all.

If anyone else got disconnected when the server loaded Towels3, please report it here or on C1 forum. Regardless, thanks Chaptor1 again for hosting!

BTW, Chrome didn't know about this Wednesday thing, and he just came because he saw someone on the server. Moral of the story: TELL EVERYONE!!! Dig up every single clan member or other player you can still contact, and tell them to come play. Better yet, ask everyone you know to come play (XMP is "free"), whether they played before or not.
