It's all about the AK. Most people seem to think it's only good as a suppressing fire weapon, but I beg to differ.... just take the damn thing off of auto and you have one of the best weapons you could ask for. Great iron sights, and the best caliber of all the assault rifles. I take the AK with 3 mags, 2 nades, and an M9 with 2 clips. All you need. If you get really close up to your enemy, you can switch to full auto, just aim low to adjust for the recoil. Usually only takes two hits to take the other guy down. Used to be an mp5 freak, but after I got over full auto and discovered the benefits of actually aiming before you pull the trigger, the AK does it better for me than any other gun, by a long shot. Next to that I'd take the M16.

you cant hit people from 100 meters? ive heard iron sights are effective till 600 meters, dunno if its true or not, but 100 is as simple as 10 imo, it only takes 0,5 secs more aiming time if ur new

my most used loadouts:
1)m16+5clips+4 nades (5 clips so i can give surpresive fire)
2)AKMSU+5clips+3nades
3)hk69a1 with 3 nades and M9 4 clips, 287 is gona make that 12 nades
4)M16+scope+5clips for sniping
5) PSG-1 2 clips +m9 5 clips + 1 nade (for real long range sniping)
6)M3+5 boxes + m9 4 clips + 3 nades
all people that NEED acog to hit really need some training, and all people taking more then 1 primary must be very desperate to get a kill....

*/edit*RA has everything to do here because without it I can sprint like a baboon on fire at 100 yards making shooting me impossible unless you zoom in.

You see, there is a flaw in your argument there. If people are moving too fast, you wouldn't have enough time to shoot them with a scope either. Using a scope doesn't make you acquire targets any quicker, it just helps with your accuracy
Well, what do you expect? I don't hold those points of view but
1) You're claiming hitting targets at 100 yards is nigh-on impossible, while others here (myself included) are able to do it
2) Your arguments are somewhat flawed
3) You are bringing RA into the discussion when it isn't warranted
I'm not going to pretend I have always found it easy to be accurate at long range. It took me a lot of offline practice and quite a few n00bs with a penchant for standing in the open to be able to do it with some degree of success. I still find it hard today, but just because it is hard to do doesn't mean it's impossible.

You can sprint longer without RA on too
Thus it is harder to hit someone in regualr infiltration.
I will admit its possible but its not easy, unless like you said they are standing out in the open. A good player from 100 yards WILL make you empty your clip.
I'm thinking 100 as in the 100 in the training map.

I use a Sig+acog 3 mags, MP5+supressor 3mags, 3 nades.
Only reason I keep the acog is cause it helps me distinguish between cammos at a distance ...... I realy hate tking!

people will still use SIG cuz of the iron sights.
and the scoped sig will still be used cuz the sig is better for cover fire then the FA MAS --> slower ROF and faster reload....
