Ah, I see. I logged out on the Blackfoot forums and see the error now. Yes you can view them only if you are registered there.

A while ago allready they put that media into the registered members only area, because this media should not represent the game in the corporate world, but are teasers for the community only.

It's more in the way that modeling and coding are happening at the very same time.
Although asfar as I know at this stage the focus is placed on getting the game mechanics ironed out fully, as once that's done it's a simple operation to put the models in.

That has not yet been publicly stated due to some remaining licencing issues. I'm sure that as soon as BFS can publicly announce what engine they are working with they will do so.

Well, hopefully its as good as Crysis. Otherwise, I'll just wait for the Obsidian Edge 2 mod, due out soon. After playing Crysis, everything else just looks like ****.

Wow. I guess I should be glad Crysis ran like dog**** on this machine.
I'd hate to miss out on the game that not only looks like being the spiritual successor to Inf and Ghost Recon but actually has developers from both games working on it in the event it wasn't quite as shiny as Crytek :p

Ooh. Old sig.

Im liking Crysis. Im running it on all medium level graphics at 1024 x 768 on a CRT (Looks like **** on LCD). Getting ~27+ FPS. Very smooth. Very Realistic.
I think Crysis is the first step in the new FR (free roaming) LBW ( Living Breathing World) future of FPS games. UT3 I think strove for it, but missed the mark. Though I haven't gotten to see it on a CRT yet, just an LCD, so I may be somewhat wrong. Though on second thought, their maps are tiny. Everything looks better on a CRT.

Now we just have to wait for RPUs (Ray Processing Units) around late 2009, 2010 to make this all really doable.

That, and I'm already to get my surgery for the head jack. :p
