i believe everything goes in a "loop" life, time, etc. everything in nature moves in cycles with no real begining or end. so i think it may be possible to time travel.
and i also have played with the idea of the ufos being people from our future. that could also explain why aliens as theyre thought of today, looks very human like in appearance. maybe aliens are just the next step in human evolution?
