I think what a lot of us want is just more response on closer intervals, like once a week, even if it is "We're taking a break right now, sit tight." or "We're all busy IRL, we'll get back to UTXMP soon, don't worry, we'll let you know." and "We've got the vehicles worked out and the movement improved, we just need to tweak some effects." Nothing elaborate and detailed, just something to let us know that UTXMP is still moving.
YES how true I dont mind it taking long as long as I know we will get there one day...respect too fmi for trying and make utXmp, still i dont get why they dont got sombody reading the form or somthing, and tell us whats up. If they dont fel like writing on forms tell some one else who will post on forms for you...letting ppl know whats up... I would be happy to do that as I'm sure many ppl would be.

the forums do get read by the FMI people, its just that people are way to busy to actualy reply (and the fact that every time there is a reply FMI gets flamed for not being on time or that the info is not satisfactory.

i for one cant comment on the progress atm, since im way to buys with my new job as level designer at streamline (to i do try to stay in touch ;))

i just hope you all can sit tight as i know FMI has worked hard on this, and will continue to work hard on this.

CaSC out.

For every person who gets on you guys for saying anything, there's five who just appreciate you guys taking the time to do it. Don't forget that.

Thanks for the reply man; definitely appreciated. I fully agree with Fleury, there're definitely more us patting you guys on the back than giving you any heat; at least I feel confident enough about the community to believe in that anyways. :) No problem about the progress; I guess some of us just need some word from you folks now and then to make sure we're not having any illusions. :p Anyways dude, good luck on that level designing, and thanks again for dropping by!

That's exactly five back-patters, so I'll sit here and whinge about Cascade not telling us enough about how sexeh the new ranger is :p

Keep up the good work FMI, we appreciate it as much as when we first heard about your project.

I think the people who are still here waiting, most anyhow, are diehard fans and really like what FMI is doing. It is just a matter of being informed. That's all.

I think that if you would look up diehard fans in a dictionary you would see a picture of this forum.
