Whose still going to play INF for UT when the UT2K4 version comes out?

My guess is: By the time INF 3.0 on whatever engine, meets the level of features and polish of 2.9 most will players will have switched. But this could well be 2 years to go (another guess)

First, not when the UT2004 version..., but if the UT2004 version...

If INF comes out for UT200... I will play it for 110%. If it comes for what ever engine, I will play it for 110%.

But anyway, I'll be playing the next version on whatever engine. If it comes out on CryTek, though I hate Far Cry, it will become mine solely for Infiltration.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I bought 2003 for all the cool Mods being developed for it and now they have all switched to 2004. What a ripoff. I'm not buying 2004 for a while now.

I bought UT2k3 because I thought it would have lots of mods made like UT did... it didn't, and I ditched it. I paid $50 for it, and I've played it MAYBE three hours total. What a waste...

If INF comes out for whatever game, I'll buy that game and play INF. I'm not buying another game in anticipation of it though, I've already been burned there.

Well, paying $50 was part of your mistake, I got it for £20 ~ $35, plus with that I got a £7.50 rebate on UT2004, so I got that for £10. Besides, UT2003 did have some good mods, just no good realistic ones.
