There has been a site offering great remixes of classic games soundtracks, but my bookmark stopped working so I got rid of it

Carmageddon 2 had some good Iron Maiden Tracks IMO and of course Duke`s Sound (Duke3D and Duke4ever) are great
Oh and not to forget Battle Arena Toshinden and X-Men Children of the Atom (Danger Room Music)

Ahh those two. I've heard quite a few good numbers from those two.

Techno and techno. I like some prodigy now and then. But if you want some nice tranc/techno/goa style, try and listen to psychadelic on www.di.fm
Or just whatever you want, they ususally have some good music in there. Also Sensation Black usually have a CD out. At least 2005, double CD. Some nice music there too, though a little too much from 2004 as well.

Has a crap-ton of music and sound effects from a lot of Sonic games, go to the game you want music from, and there will hopefully be a link to all the music and sfx files from the game. I highly recommend Julian-k - This Machine and Crush40 - What I'm Made Of...both great songs. The latter helped me create hyper versions of some existing characters.
