Hi all. Im just wondering whats going on with the Inf team? What are they doing now? Are they thinking about porting over Inf to UT2004, or have they already started?? Are they discussing what to do?? Questions, Questions, Questions... :)

Im just asking because almost every if not all the big mods for UT99 are being ported over to UT2004.

I think the best question here would be "DO they actually work on the next INF, or just NOT?", and as Crowze said, they kinda do, and that makes me happy, no more questions then.

I realy hope it will be for ut2004. Mainly cause it runs in Win, Linux and Mac. Second is netcode that seems to be great (clanm8ts from NA and EU were playing RO for ut2k4 on same server and noone complained about lag)
But that's just my wish.
Looking forward to SS official anouncement of the next engine for INF.

Its been 7 months since the team last gave us any substansial INF news (2.9 release) I think its about time we get at least a hint at whats going on.

Well, they post it somewhere hidden deep inside an obscure forum. But why tf not on the front news page?

News are VERY important for the community. And if SS wants to get good new members they need good publicity too (which they don't have ATM).

I think ppl here don´t want to hear things like: "Maybe, we will move to UT2004, but can be Farcry, maybe, and maybe ... and maybe ...". Ppl here want to hear: "Yes, we do actually this, and that, and plan to do this...".
