What do you think of my first UT2004 Skin Dante?

Could we see some side and rear views, please? Not in-game shots, though. Her eyes are too close together, but so far the skin is coming along well.

Here is some shots from U-Paint of her from Behind and Side:

Please Ignore the Blue ponytail U-Paint doesn't support Alpha Masking so I have to do that after I import it into UT2004 blue just makes it easier to select in Photoshop using Smartselect.

I will now show some images from Unreal-Ed to show the Alpha Masked Hair:

To work around this save the image as a .png with no background then import the .png into Upaint. only the layers that were visible at the time of the save will be applied to the model.

Yeah Gina was a bit too butch in my opinion, well Sonya was more feminine I wonder if Sonya's Mask is where they got the idea for the Metal Guard team in UT99.

Also one of Gina's skins(called Drace) looks rather like a necris:


In my opinion I dont like the UT2004 females they are too skinny, lauren looks anorexic if you compair the size of her head to her arms and they are a pain in the backside to skin. Thats how come I havent remade Gina yet

Here is 3 images two of Sonya I sharpened the edges on the holes on her tights Lopar-XL suggested on the UTMP boards :) , and the other one is Gina my latest WIP though her arms are proving a pain in the backside to skin...:mad:

If you use the Sapphire model you can of give her the tuft of hair she has on the left side of her head.



Except uPaint messes up the UVs :hmm:

Yeah I may switch over to Sapphires model once I'm done doing all of the cosmetic effects because they are rather similar it shouldn't take too long to transfer the textures.

Man I didn't notice how similar my new mask is to the original...

Good job, Thanatos. The mask looks much better. Now she doesn't look like she has a five o'clock shadow. ;) I think you will need to do something with her nose; the bridge is too narrow and her eyes are too close together.

EDIT: Good job on the editing of those things I was talking about earlier.

Yeah I will find a brighter map to take screenshots on I just tend to play on darker maps it increases the feel of my Unreal 1 skins.
