    Quick question from me. I want to use two custom INIs. One for online and one for offline (omg h4x). Is it as simple as writing the two and using a command line ut2004.exe offline.ini or something like that? Muchos gracias :)

    [EDIT #1] nevermind I found it @ UnrealAdmin :D

    http://wiki.unrealadmin.org/Commandline_Parameters_(UT2004)

    [EDIT #2] bah I'm still doing something wrong;

    Here are the shortcuts I tried but they don't work;

    D:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe userini=online.ini
    D:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe userini=offline.ini

    Suggestions?

    Quick question from me: why the hell did you buy ut2003 when UT2004 is $5 in retail bins?

    UT Profile manager makes things even easier. :)
    (I wouldn't say this question is Frequently Asked, though)

    To make a switch work you need to put a "-" before it, like this:

    D:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe -userini=online.ini
    D:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe -userini=offline.ini

    Actually, for the INIs you shouldn't HAVE to do that (but it never hurts ;)).

    Awesome Taleweaver! Love it. Knew most of info, but it was refreshing to see it organized after the jumble I had in my mind. Great sites I didn't know about, too.

    Does anyone know any good...organizers? I've got too many mutators and crap installed, but I don't want to go into the system folder and start deleting files, because I'm not always sure what mutator/mod a particular file goes with. Is there some sort of program out there that looks at the extra contents of the system folder, shows the internal name, and lets you delete the files just by selecting the internal name of the mut rather then the files?

    I've got something like 12Gb installed on my laptop's (college) 80Gb harddrive and a lot of this is stuff I downloaded just to see if it was any fun, decided it sucked, and then never took the time to get rid of.

    Are we allowed to ask for specific maps that we can't find in this thread, or is it best to make a new topic?

    One my friend got a problem with his UT2k4 server.
    When server starts it shows that:

    "setsockopt with IP RECVERR failed
    **************************
    Open: An error occured while attempting to connect: 111"

    What it means? Where I can read about UT2k4 server errors?

    Just comin in for a fresh re-install of UT2k4, so (once again) this is my bible. I wanted to install UT2004Mi, but found the real-swedix.net site to be down. So I just got it from File Front instead:

    http://files.filefront.com/UT2004Mizip/;7359750;/fileinfo.html

    I'll be combing through this guide bit by bit to get all the essential stuff, so I'll keep y'all posted if I find any other inactive links.

    Glad to see this thread is still up XD

    Thanks for the linkage :) I'll compare that list with what I have backed up to see what I'm missing.
