I have the 1995 beta, presumably its supposed to have the dragon and female model, but I cant find them, and they never show ingame, its a demo level(s)
showing off the technology including skybox use but I dont find the editor in it, and I doubt its compatible with the current editor anyways.
OldUnreal I believe has this beta to nab including the 1997 beta.

just try edonkey server 1 or 2 you can switch klikking on servers you have then a whole list of servers , i have downloaded the pro version of edonkey,
i didi fish up edonkey pro with bearshare lite.

i did read something that before epic release officiall the unreal 1 that another unreal alreddy was under devolepmend by ubisoft.
Epic-games did bought ubisoft so i think that this url is from the game who has epic made some beta,s

scarbelly - try DOSBOX. it's an emulator for DOS. Unreal '91 will work if you use DOSBOX.

i didi tryout that program it did work!
But i dont think this is the old unreal evryone is looking for here some pics too btw this program worked with dosbox x86 emulation thanks delacroix.
