If somebody plays heavy metal over an ok mic on a server, for some reason, iI play better. But when somebody plays what I think of as crap music for pussies who would have bleeding ears after listening to slayer at full blast I just leave the server and never play on it again. Don't skit the not-so-skilled, I'm not so good either.

T2A - I agree with you on the Josh Groban...he's got a decent voice but doesn't nearly to live up to the hype. He's not even properly classically trained if at all. I've got a few friends that can sing opera and heavy metal (the kind that's very difficult to sing).
Personally, I listen to Banjo music and Bluegrass while playing UT2004 and I make sure I turn down all of the important game sounds.
