Import the textures, make a new texture in the .utx and use "Cubemap". Assign the cubemap faces in the settings for the Cubemap texture. Next make a new texture again and select "TexEnvMap". Assign the cubemap you created as material and use the settings Vailias mentioned.
Next is the shader work but you should know how to do that right!?
