I disagree with ya, actually... but this is pure opinion, of course. Wizard of Oz, Schindler's List, and Jaws, all I found really boring. Same with Braveheart, except for the execution scene.

Liquid Night: I liked Dogma bc I love all Kevin Smith movies. It hit perfectly most of my beliefs on religion and i like that brand of comedy....I could give a longer in depth reason but this is just a for your own fun poll...dont want to turn it into a defend your choice /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Oh yeah I also thought First Blood, and the Terminator movies were pretty cool.

Rocky I was really good, but then they gradually worsened from there. The same can be said for the Jaws and Batman series.

But I liked Superman II a little better than Superman I.

How many people have seen Ben-Hur? That movie was very good, but a bit old(like 50 years). Very famous, having won the most oscars (11). ... ...

Why does nobody list "Transformers: The Movie"??

No "C.H.U.D." either???

Can't understand this... /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Actually, I don't know how you guys are doing this...I can't narrow it down to 10 movies....totally hard. My hat is off to each and every damn one of you!

(That "Gladiator" kicked ass...haven't seen that in anybody's list yet. Oh, and that shoot-em-up, blood fest, "Chicken Run" was pretty cool. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif)

CHUD... hahahaha

Fucking CHUDs man... what did that supposedly stand for again? "Cannabalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers"...

fucking chuds...

It is hard to define your top ten favorite movies though. THe movies I picked were the ones that really really evoked some emotion in me... I mean, there's alot of movies I like, but to really really get into a movie, and feel something, thats what makes a great movie. That's why I didn't put Pulp Fiction or Reservoir Dogs down... two great Tarantino movies, but so outlandish that they simply weren't believable.

You got a good point...

Yeah, thinking back those two movies were a bit unbelievable. However, when I was watching I loved having that feeling of having no idea what would happen next. Nothing like watching Pulp Fiction for the first time. Many Hollow-wood flicks have become way to predictable one wonders to why it was filmed in the first place? Money? Bah!

I agree with ya there... those movies were completely unpredictable... some parts were predictable thanks to foreshadowing (sometimes excessive foreshadowing, like when the same scene would be shown half an hour before... =)

Never even heard of Avalon... not a movie, anyways, but I heard of some gay singer with the name Avalon.
