I've been getting this "The UT Master Server could not be reached. Please try again later." for over a week. I have uninstalled and re-installed 3 times now???

Yeah re-installing won't help in this situation I think. It's just something on the master servers end. You can still join servers by IP address though. Go to something like game-monitor.com and search for a server you used to play on and join that way.

Well obviously things are still not running ok. The issue is being discussed internally. I can restart it and it will work for a while but it doesn't take long for it to go down again.

I'll let you know when I hear anything.
