Well the guy with the camera obviously does a double take, drops the camera, and then probably runs. Both in his pants and as far as he can as fast as he can. 'Screw those other guys'.

I think this is some sort of Spike missile, like maybe a Spike-SR, but that's just a guess. Don't know that much about modern weaponry.
