This made me chuckle but then scratch my head. Meme wise Skeet can mean masturbation or more commonly it is type of shotgun based target practice (I am guessing you meant the latter).
Don't get it and I debate the beautiful part.
Pretty sure all screenshot 'tag' does is shrink the image to no more then 75% of the page width so it doesn't break the forum. Why some are smaller then others I don't recall probably has to do with the math function that is used. (at least that's phpbb)

I have so many old strange pictures I have collected over the years many need PSed, captioned, or demoted to really be funny. Others it might make them funnier but they are funny as is.

It used to scale it down or up to a fixed resolution of like 300x400 or similar, now it scales it down or up to 900px width and doesn't mess with the aspect ratio. I couldn't agree more... plus I know allot of large people who are total jerks. I work with a almost 400lb asshole. (Which the literal meaning of that phrase creates a both horrifying and hilarious mental image.)
