Sounds like you're telling US what the deal is lol.

Using the custom logo that zazzle site said they would charge $30 as a one-time charge to "convert" the image over to stitching (some machine/computer thingie they use).

Maybe I can try to work Taz Lan into the image so it matches better? Whether it be font, color, whatever.

Alright a couple things:

The size of the image (or rather, how many stitches it requires) changes that one time fee. The following is estimated at $35 for the conversion. I think this one looks pretty good... but there are a few more options we need to look at.

We have the option to put something on the SIDES of the hat... as well as towards the bottom on the back. Would we want «BuA» on the front and Taz Lan 2009 on the back? (Do we want "2009" on there at all? [relevance in years to come]).

The other thing is... are we going with the flexfit (two different size options) or the adjustable strap on the back? If we go adjustable I think it shoots the "something on the back" ability out the door. As far as I'm concerned these are all Dave's decisions to make since its his treat... I'm just helping with the design :)

DISCUSS! I sense Dave is getting antsy ;)

Jim, image looks great. How about we pick the Middle Hat (Adjustable Strap). No image or text needed on back. Your right about relevance.
We can drop the 2009 and just center TAZ LAN below the Logo.
Now should TAZ-LAN have the "hypen" or just TAZ LAN two words?

Damn tough decisions.

Anything for my young PA brothers... Its actually a Petting Zoo (Goat), Flea Market, and local Train Museum. Should only actually take 2 hours for all 3 events. ;)

BTW: My nephew is planning on coming. He is somewhat of a XBox Gamer. I told him to bring some of his games like Halo3, Lost Planet, Prey, and timeshift for the xbox 360. Should look awesome on the Big Screen.

Do you or Arron play any of those and you are bring the XBox 360 right??

The Image doesn't really show up that much on the Black.

Well... I don't think it would be the same w/o a black hat. The issue is when choosing the adjustable strap style... the "black" hat looks more gray... and thats why there doesn't appear to be contrast. I think you'll have to contact the company quick and ask them if the hat w/ adjustable strap is really BLACK or not.

You are so correct.
Here is the comparison shot.
Adjustable on Left (Looks like Crap)
Flex fit on Right (Looks Good)

OK, called them and Black is Black they stated its just the way it looks on the screen.
We can order Mix Match if you want to play it safe. Let me know what colors you like so we can place the order.

Adjustable Straps for all pick color please..

I'd just like to point out that if they are actually going to be stitching the image on, it will show up a whole lot better than it looks in the mock-up—wherein they are just superimposing your supplied image on the hat. Personally, I think it looks best on a black hat. I also think that adjustable is the way to go. (Is it velcro, btw?) However, if you really are concerned about it not showing up too well on black, perhaps Boney can lighten up the red outline a bit and maybe even thicken its stroke. Both of those things might be a good idea anyway, if indeed the entire image is made of stitching.
