I don't think you would get an all female infantry unit. I think most Inf players would probably consider the realism factor important and choose the same skin as their own gender. Of course you would still have some males picking female skins, but it would still probably be a minority. Furthermore, in the heat of combat you're not going to have time to tell the difference.

i personally dont mind having a female skin, but i just thought that there shouldnt be so much fuss over it... but if someone plans to do it, it would not be a good idea to try make customised body armour (like virtua cop3 where the chick has got bust armour ) it should be just a simple face change like i said before.

haha in time there was a photo of her in a normal photo and she actually looks like a normal woman so thats how similar males and females are if you put them in the clothes that hide the curves.

Women are on average shorter. We implement that to make them not look like giant freak amazons, and then everybody's going to choose the smaller player model. Doesn't make sense in my book.

I suppose you could make their stamina drop for heavy loads greater.

It occurs to me that being shorter could actually be a disadvantage for several situations (seeing over walls and the like).

Also I do wonder how much of a difference a few pixels would make in the average Inf shootout.

Being a female Infer, I have to say I really don't mind playing with a male charater, it doesn't bother me. In fact, with games where I have a choice, I often pick the male characters anyway, as a lot of the female characters irritate me

The problem with changing the height is then people will choose the girl so they can be a smaller target. You could leave the hitboxes the same, but then people will complain that they were aiming for the chick's head but it only counted as a chest shot.
