You do know that anything you create with the tools provided you by UT2004 are sole property of Epic Games, don't you?

However, I would think that they would have at least told you they were using your idea if they did indeed lift it from you. That's what I would expect anyhow.

This sounds less like Hourences complaint about the Dawn remake and more about the Doc_Edo complaints about Assault2k4.

This is false information you are spreading. Please don't spread this bull****. Epic does not own your concepts, your idea or gameplay designs, nor anything you make for that matter. You can even redo those things you created, for profit as long as you don't use content or any intellectual property from Epic's game.

If someone is making a profit off your creations then a person has every right to legal action if he has proof to support his case. Epic and Digital Extremes seem to copy a lot of modders and commercial games. In some cases its coincidence, but in many cases it is not.

There is a big chance that Unreal Championship 2 and Pariah will probably both be flops anyway
