of course better than the original vietnam.

its on my HD for so long because some mapper was supposed to fix some things but it never happened and without these fix the map is still godly. i was playing around offline then i loaded this map and thought about releasing it , even with the small bugs (some plants floating in the Air but NOT MORE THAN THE INF PLAYER )


let me know if this work , i dont even remember if i needed textures packages.

Dtas servers (imho jgkdo is kinda dead but wake up, or fox servers )should have this one

Nice work Don. The new plants look great, especially when placed along the water's edge. The water! omg that looks soooo much better than the previous version.

Suggestions:
Replace the Old chopper with a new INF one. The one from LondonCity would work.
Replace/Redo the blue waterfall so it matches the rest of the water.
Remove or replace those old UT style palm trees with the ones from DesertMappack.
Redo the Preview Screenshot to show of some foliage.

Any chance for an EAS version?

Here are some screenshots from your new map, maybe use them for the preview?

I wonder if anyone else in the world plays at gamma 6.

Edit: I guess I should also comment. Nice action poses KW. I agree with your suggestions for replacing the decos with the better newer ones. Did Don get rid of the slow darkening sky light? He did Bastille, so I'm pretty sure he could do something for an EAS version too :p

I play on gamma 4-6. It depends really. It shifts by itself every now and then. Good times.

My favorite EAS objective from Bastille is the first objective. Absolutely and utterly pointless...

After that - I love the 'engrish' displayed at the bomb.

Good times...

Good map. The water looks a bit like milk to me :D and it looks like it is full of fish (the surface 'animation') :D

I personaly still like the night version much more, cuz it feels more specOps ;), but this version is good aswell.

i got rid of the slow darkeing sky.

for eas, its not easy, i need objectives and the only objectives i know are defusing bombs, caping cds, holding areas.
i need protected place for the spawns, wich would require a change of geometry..


anyway, UN, you got my PM concerning the black akmsu?:D

Aiieee! Didn't I tell you that I was too busy to do your Black AKMSU? :p I already gave you the code (It's in the public section on the IMT forums) you need to implement it. With all the coders around, there should be someone who can help you out. Besides, it's not a good idea to release a new AKMSU mutator. You should contact someone like Crowze or Conglomera who are doing Weapon Replacement mutators, since they are already removing/changing various things in the default weapon set. They are your best bet!

And... I don't like full-auto spam guns :p

Yes, he likes pistols...using his own custom mutators so that the players he's shooting can't possibly view the laser - even if it hits their pawn's eyes.
