Why do people keep saying they just another mod team, these guys have assets valued at least at $250,000 with the engine license. This isn't another mod team making a good mod hoping to get picked up, they can work on the actual product and not 'demo' versions or whatever some of the other teams call their stuff.

Of course, if a publisher asks for a demo version then its another story.

http://www.pandora-studios.com has a engine licensed aswell. And from what I can see a better one. They are going to own :).
