We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Whenever i play a map, there is always certen textures that, um, render wrong.
for example, lets say there is a slice of darker texture, and a slice of lighter texture, it rotates betwen them like this:

__
Darker
__
__
lighter
__

then as i move closer it does this:
__
lighter
__
__
Darker
__

then when i am up close, it shows fine, this is realy annoying.

I see what you mean...
1) Try a newer set of Drivers for your card.
2) Try updating to DirectX 9.0c
3) Make sure you have the latest patch installed (3270)

Sorry I can't help more but those are the "default" responses to a video problem.

What kind of system specs/video card are you running. More info = more detailed answers. :D

Possibilities:
Are you running in 16 bit mode? This causes overlapping textures to flicker at certain angles and distance.

Do you have trilinear filtering turned off? This will cause sudden skips in texture quality at regular cutoff points.

Yes. Modern games are designed to work in 32-bit color; 16-bit doesn't have the necessary levels of transparency and translucency to properly multitexture or operate complex lights. That, and it'll "stipple" as well - you notice how you can see color variation in each pixel? That's much harder to see in 32-bit color.

If you have a GeForce 2 or better, it's only VERY slightly - most GPUs are built with 32-bit color in mind these days, in addition to the programs. Really, 16-bit was phased out of the industry in 1999 - if you're not running 32 bit these days, you're lying to yourself.

Not sure where the "your mother" thing comes from... but if you're using a Radeon 9800 like you say you are, then you have so much horsepower already that the gain would be so slight that it isn't worth the massive decrease in graphical quality. Just an FYI for future games.
